For the pace, you definitely went just right for beginners. I think it's especially helpful that you gave specific examples of how the buy/sell options can generate gains, which are totally not intuitive at all so that's super helpful! And it was great that a good portion of time was allocated to helping us visualize those scenarios, coupled with the quiz which is a nice touch. Really solidified the understanding. As for content, it covers the important stuff, no frills like what you promised, options and how to make money from them. Most courses you hear are alot on the hype and getting you excited, but the issue with humans is the inertia to actually get moving right. The course was very execution focussed, even hand holding all the way up till the using of the brokerage to actually execute the trades, love it hahaha! The side topics are actually very helpful too in giving us a more comprehensive understanding on stocks/investing/trading as a whole. Engagement wise, with such a small class, it really doesn't get any better than this. Questions are clarified along the way right at the point of query and Shaun won't move on until the class is satisfied with the concepts shared 👍🏻 This kind of class structure is one that will satisfy even the most curious of minds. I really enjoyed the course as a whole! I've attended many full-day courses and none of them have managed to keep me engaged all through the day like yours. I say this in all honesty. Maybe its the sheer practicality of the knowledge and passion for the topic that you exude. Love the helpful content and of course the helpfulness of the trainer. No brainer 5/5 stars. For the price point and knowledge you'll learn in such detail, I challenge you to find a better way to spend your money.
Pace was good, could be a little too fast given the amount of valuable content covered, but questions were always welcome and that is what helped everyone catch up. So always do ask questions to clarify because Shaun is very open to all and any type of questions. The questions were thought-provoking. It helps to think through it a few more times even after Shaun's walked through it. Engagement is great. It is small class size and questions are always encouraged. You wont be finding yourself fighting over others to get your question answered. What I liked the most was the small class size and close engagement. The ability to ask clarifying questions before, during, and after training. This is what keeps the learning going because I don't believe that learning can be done in one sitting. Shaun also personally reached out to me to ensure that I understood the concepts that I had found confusing during class.
I would say that the pace of the content was great, I felt that you did not bog us down with too much content but whatever that was included was highly relevant. I actually appreciated how you went into some of the intermediate level stuff to give us a more realistic flavor of how the fundamental techniques can be used in various ways in the future (covered calls etc & intervals). I think engagement was great and the quizzes really help to test your understanding of the content. I would say what I love the most is that it was a very down to earth, no frills intro to options. I like how you didnt oversell the upsides and I think it keeps learners quite grounded because you always focused back on proper risk management. So I loved how you tried to instill that mindset along the way and I think that sets it apart from other tutorials online that just glorify the profits.
The pace and engagement are good, nothing much to comment on. In terms of content, I think the most beneficial parts for me are the parts you share on strategy and what to look out for when buying options. Your small personal interpretations of “public definitions” found online was also valuable in helping me understand better and more easily. The ability to ask questions whenever we have any doubts is also good, especially with small class so it’s less intimidating. Anyway, I really learnt a lot and felt that it gave me a direction on where to start. Good job bro, would recommend this course to any beginners
The pace is really good and comfortable. Its give sufficient time to digest the material. The content is value adding for beginners who have 0 knowledge about options. The engagement is great before lunch there is like mini quizzes. After lunch seems to be lesser engagement. The thing I like most is when there is quizzes on the strike prices because this will encourage us as students to think about the concept that is being taught. Also the Buy Call, Buy put, sell call, sell put. Its categorize pretty clearly. The other thing I like most would be beginner strategy and Risk management. All is great!!!
